Ari Storch, Co-Chairman and Co-Founder of Chrysalis Energy Partners, has almost 20 years of experience and expertise in international politics and trade, public affairs, and marketing. A strong advocate for international cooperation on energy development, Mr. Storch has worked on numerous energy sector issues including cap & trade programs, energy infrastructure development, environmental safety programs and innovative project funding for his clientele.
Mr. Storch also is the co-founder of Artemis Strategies, a successful government relations firm in Washington, DC, which represents diverse interests before the government sector, including major energy producers and developers, pharmaceutical interests, food manufacturers, innovative technology ventures and several communications companies.
Mr. Storch began his career working on behalf of the Government of Israel. Mr. Storch served four Israeli Prime Ministers, beginning with Prime Minister Yitzhak Shamir as the Public Relations Officer at the Consulate General of Israel in Miami, Florida where Mr. Storch managed state government affairs, media relations and business and academic exchanges. Mr. Storch continued to serve in that position during the tenure of Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin, coinciding with the beginnings of the peace process between Israel and the Palestinians. During his tenure, Mr. Storch created an innovative business exchange program between Florida-based businesses and Israeli-based industries, resulting in several developmental partnerships.
Following Prime Minister Rabin's assassination, Mr. Storch became the Congressional Affairs Aide at the Embassy of Israel in Washington, D.C. for both the Shimon Peres and Benjamin Netanyahu governments. His responsibilities as the Congressional Affairs Officer included trade and intellectual property issues, federal procurement, foreign aid and cooperative development between public and private entities in both the United States and Israel.
Mr. Storch has served at several consulting companies, including Cassidy & Associates, the country's largest public affairs company, Rhoads | Weber Shandwick Government Relations, a division of the Inter Public Group of Companies, and National Strategies, Inc., a national consulting company that manages state and municipal procurement efforts for its clients.
In 2001, Mr. Storch was appointed by President George W. Bush to serve as a Member of the United States Commission for the Preservation of America's Heritage Abroad. Mr. Storch is married to Kelly and together they have three children, a son Jacob and twin daughters Jordan and Ryann.
